Best Mexican food in ruidoso.

We order 4 plates, they brought 3 and the other one took forever, 3 people had already finish and the 4th plate was barely arriving, they claim the waffle got burn but the waffle they brought was undercooked. The other 3 plates were good.nnAlso, no greeting when you arrived and you have to wait until a table it’s available, no problem waiting, but nobody tells you they will be you in a moment, or anything, it felt awkward.

All our cups were dirty it had a sticky rim of god knows what. The food was alright but I didn’t have any assurance that the kitchen was clean so it was a bad experience for me. The service wasn’t good either I personally believe since it’s mainly a all women crew if you ain’t a man you don’t get as much attention or good customer service.

OMG! I love this place. It's going to be our restaurant of choice from now on when visiting Ruidoso, NM. My family and I are very picky about authentic Mexican food but Jorge's Cafe did not fail us. The tostadas and salsas are delicious. Perfect crunch and not too spicy begins the meal perfectly. I ordered one morning the Veggie omelette breakfast. It was a huge omelette! Second morning, I had the ground beef tacos with rice and beans. Oh my goodness, the tacos were absolutely delicious and the beans! The beans were amazing. They had an amazing flavor and had me wanting more. If you are ever in Ruidoso, this is a must stop.
