Absolutely horrible. I arrived for a motorcycle club function on Friday. The shower and tub were so disgusting. There was hair in the tub along with snot and a used car of soap. There was fair all over the floor. I reported it and was told there were no other rooms available. The next day after being gone the entire day I assumed they would clean it..... NO they didn’t. I went downstairs and spoke the manager who offered no recourse just an apology that’s it. Never stay at this hotel.
Good location, clean room and very friendly staff. Second time I have stayed there. Great value for the price.
Clean rooms nice staff. Beds were comfy. The bad breakfast was great it included: breakfast sandwich to microwave, yogurt, muffin, bottle of water and coffee in lobby.
Had plumbing issues with sink backed up.... front desk clerk handed me a nasty plumber, refused to plunge for me. Couldn't change rooms due to handicapped family member traveling and a pet. Manager refunded but wasn't sympathetic or friendly. Was very condescending to us. Disappointed as we normally love Quality inn
First room was dirty and the tv didn't work. They were able to move me to a second room.
