I think the Locuts Center is the best place in town! The teachers are well educated and are willing to help us in any way. They offer such a wide range of classes for such a small town. The Center is very community minded. I was shocked to see only a couple of reviews. Let's not take this place for granted. Please help support this Center and the instructors by showing your appreciation with a review!
I was only in town for a few days, but was able to attend two classes, one with Mel & one with Stella. Both classes were well designed and both teachers were focused on optimum alignment and achieving the most benefit form the practice. I will definitely return. To this very peaceful space as my travels allow.
Wonderful selection of classes, especially Dixie Dexter's Feldenkrais and Natalie Carroll's yoga... among others. Excellent community.
Several meditation sessions every week, fun movement activities, all levels yoga classes. A treasure for this community
