We started out at Wal Mart. Kristina started our taxes and was having a little trouble with a couple things so she sent us to the main office. Kristie was excellent and got everything fixed right up! She was friendly and prompt and double checked to make sure all the documents were put in correctly. We would definitely schedule to do our taxes with her again!

My experience was awesome with Kristie! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I dropped my taxes off and she kept me updated throughout the process of completing my taxes. Everyone else in the office that I encountered was friendly as well. I definitely recommend them for your tax needs!

Second year in a row, very painless. We don't have anything complicated, but just like most people havent ventured to doing our own yet. Our preparer was very personable and efficient - same as last year. Overall happy!
