It was a pleasure doing business with Hatch CDJR. They were very attentive and professional but not pushy. Thank you for a great experience.
Bought a truck there. Was confident that they sold us all the warranty and insurance that we asked for. Today we found out that was not the case. They use lame excuses at why they did even offer them to us buy can offer them now. Very disappointed in the way they work. You would think, it being a small town and that everyone knows everyone they would treat you like a actual person not just a number.
Personnel were nice and helpful...bought a new Jeep Cherokee but it took a LOONNNGG! time to get paper work required.
These people were wonderful to us. Fixed our truck really fast and even brought out the shuttle car for my husband so he could be in air conditioning and use his oxygen machine while we waited. Thank God for a business that really cares.
