Do not rent without seeing the condition of the facility. This is not a standard self-storage place. Rather, the area under a gas station has been outfitted with storage areas-so storage is below grade. In March, much of the area was WET-puddles or frozen on the floor, water pooling in storage units. There’s an actual gutter which drains from above into the main area(!). It looks like they jury-rigged some kind of system with sump pumps, but the pumps were frozen, and icicles, ice, and water overran the set-up. It was such a stunning sight that I assumed pipes had burst, but apparently not. They plan to ‘remodel’ this summer (note: this is a new owner), but meanwhile professional-looking website is still renting out storage at competitive rates.
We needed a storage unit to hold packed boxes while we staged our condo. Tiny Town Storage is easily accessible, protected from the weather, and very convenient. The area is kept very clean. Need storage in Estes for short or long term? Tiny Town Storage is the answer to your storage needs!
The management was great and easy to work with. Would recommend renting with them.
