They don’t answer the phone. We were on a time crunch and ended up being late because they wouldn’t pick up. I and a few others had called 6 or 7 times before we got an answer.
There a really bunch of wonderful people running the units I have one there myself

Highest quality and safest storage in town. The staff have always been kind and helpful.
The person who helped me in the office was polite, knowledgable and courteous. They returned my call promptly. There is no on site employee so a renter would be responsible for reading the clearly marked building and unit numbers to find their unit. The facility was clean and well maintained. Mini storage is not rocket science so what I was given at Red Mtn is what I expected.
