Quick Lane at Power Ford

So due to recent bad experiences with other Ford dealersnI came in today for an Oil change to see if the service here would be any different .Despite the fact that they immediately tried to sell me a $700 service package when I only needed an Oil change , I would say that the service advisor was courteous and professional. I declined the extra worknwhatsoever. after they did the complete vehicle inspection they concurred that my vehicle didn't need the $700 service they wanted me to purchasenso ? would I consider this a good honest service department ?? probably not but they only took an hour and a half to do the oil change , compared to the 3 hours I would have to wait at the other dealership I guess this is not so bad ..

If it weren't for Fred Echaves and his staff, I would be lost, and nowadays you can't just trust anyone, so I want to take the time to thank him and everyone else at Power Ford for taking their time to get to the root of my car's problem, he said that him and his staff were going to take care of me and my car, all he's waiting for now, is for the part's to come in so that I can take my car back to them, so that they can start working on it, and make my life a lot simpler, if you have any car problem's, I recommend you take your car to them, they're the best there is, and probably will ever be, thank you everyone at Power Ford!!!

We took my mom's new car in for it's first oil change. Again they treated mom respectfully and that first oil change was free. Thank you Power Ford.
