My dad took me here to Caterina's (Cathy) yoga class — he is a local so he comes here often. I did a Thursday morning yin yoga and it was easily the best practice I have ever taken. Caterina was a phenomenal teacher and the class was really healing and a great mind and body experience. I was even congested and she gave me some nice essential oils which were super effective before starting the yoga practice. I would definitely come again and again and I will be coming back on my next visit! Super cozy atmosphere.

Nice simple Alpine yoga studio. Everything you need and more was provided. I had a wonderful teacher. Very grateful for this studio
Showed up for a class and waited outside in the snow for over 20 minutes because the teacher never came. No indication that class was canceled - not on the website, not in the pamphlet by the door, not on the door itself. Even tried to call and only got an automated message telling me to check the schedule on the website. At the end, there was around 10 of us waiting outside in yoga clothes in the SNOW (repeated for emphasis) for class. To sum up, studio is unreliable, and I do not recommend.
