Highly recommend! Stopped into Red Mountain in an emergency - we had frozen windshield wiper fluid in the line when the roads were wet post-snowstorm. Tim and Justin took care of us immediately and we were out of there an hour faster than expected because of their effort to expedite our service. Our heroes! There are several places to get food around if you’re waiting for your car.
My experience at red Mountain auto with Shane has been extremely well. The used vehicles they carry are in very good condition and not unreasonable in price. Shane did everything he could to make sure our visit was successful And pleasant. The banking institution That lended to us is working well with us. Great People. Excellent technicians. Affordable. These guys are the only people I allow to work on my pickup truck.
We were coming through the Rockies and started having car issues while pulling our trailer. We called when 10 minutes away and they told us to come right over to run a diagnostics test. They were friendly and welcoming and ran the test within minutes. Unfortunately they were too booked to work on it right at that time so we had to find another shop in the area, but they were supportive and informative. Thank you very much for your help and professionalism!
