Was traveling from out of town and our vehicle had a major fuel line failure. Worked with Kim to communicate my travel schedule and the delivery of the vehicle. She and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. Within hours of receiving the vehicle, they were able to diagnose the issue.
Not a good place, my girlfriend went to get her oil changed and they charged her $85. It took them over an hour to do it and they also changed her air filter and charged her without asking her. I was shocked.
Great service! We were traveling and had a power problem with our F150 truck and they fixed the problem very quickly.
I went to my regular mechanic who has been taking care of my car for years. He fixed the major screw up from Winter Park Fraser Tire. I am grateful for the fix and for fitting me in. Thank you all so much! Bob is awesome!!
Spectacular Service! I was on vacation in Grand Lake when my car made some new sounds. Given the mountain terrain, I did not want a braking issue, so I called them up. They were able to squeeze me in on Tuesday to diagnose the issue. They brought me into the garage and showed me the problem and talked about how we could keep the car safe while we waited for the part to arrive. They opened space for me on Thursday morning to take care of the work because they wanted to beat my departure date by a few days in case there were any issues.nnThere were none. The car was fixed promptly, they offered excellent service, and the repair bill was in line with my local service professionals.nnThey took an anxious situation and put me at complete ease. Thank you for all your help. We are home safe and sound thanks to you!
