Best customer service ever. I ate here to celebrate my birthday with friends on my vacation. The bartender made amazing cocktails and waited on us. Chef Dee created a special meal for me to fit my vegan lifestyle and brought it to our table. His food knowledge of ingredients he uses and what they pair with and medicinal properties of ingredients was very impressive.

My wife and I planned a trip to Devil’s Thumb Ranch for our 1 year wedding anniversary and had Volario’s recommended by some of our Denver friends, so we knew we wanted to eat here at some point during our long weekend. As soon as we walked in the smell of the food reassured us that we had made a great decision. Our server, David, did a great job of walking us through the menu, making great recommendations as well as giving us advice on the area for activities and such.nnThe staff treated us to desert and an extra cocktail to celebrate our special occasion. Lisa (the manager I believe) stopped by to chat with us a bit, heard we were regretting the thought of traffic for our ride home the next day and even called the resort to see about getting us a late check out.nnI would put this up there as one of our better dining experiences! The food is great (much better than what you get at The Ranch)! The staff is phenomenal! And it isn’t terribly expensive either!

Very good Gravy, but it felt rushed by the waitstaff. excellent food, but pick up the service just a bit!

Great ambiance, rustic Tuscan feel. Outdoor dining on the lawn is beautiful as well. The star of the show is the food. My smoked chicken fettuccine was amazing. Very well balanced between thin pasta, ribbons of smoked chicken, basil pesto and creme fraiche in perfect proportions, and LOADED with pine nuts. The chef was kind enough to leave off the arugala for me, and was the food was hand delivered by her. One of my top three Italian restaurants in all of Colorado for sure. GO! GO! GO!

We so enjoyed our food and experience here and were charmed by their graciousness. The dinner was to mark our wedding anniversary, which we revealed when asked by the host at check-in. Soon after being seated we were treated to a surprise glass of sparkling wine to toast the occasion. Every dish was exquisite, as was the wine and beverages and the service we received throughout the visit was a delight. Thank you Volario’s for making this so special! Highly recommended and can’t wait to return.
