Drive Thru constantly missing item.
Not a big fan of this chain, but this specific Granby location had exceptional service when my husband wanted breakfast before we headed up to the cabin. BEST customer service I've ever experienced, and that's extremely important to me.
We ordered five 10 piece nuggets and it took them twenty five minutes to get them out to us. Four cars after us got their food before us. The car next to us had ordered more Mcnuggets than us and got their food within five minutes. When we finally got our food most of it was cold and tasted stale. The only good thing about this McDonald's was the person who was serving us. He was very understanding and tried his best to get our food faster. Very disappointed in the quality of this McDonald's.
The guy at the window really tried to charge us 25cents for each ranch after we had just ordered 40pc chicken nuggetsud83dude02. On top of that he forgot our happy meal and napkins.
The food was good fresh and hot made to order the man on the intercom needs to slow down when speaking.
