Very bad experience here with the manager Raean Kennedy. This is a criminal enterprise. She told me I can’t pay off my loan to receive the title to my truck due to Covid. Nightmare auto loan experience. Epic fail. Banker Kennedy is doing everything she can to extort customers of as much interest as possible by not letting them pay off loans. She refuses to allow you to make a stop payment. She calls you into the office and makes 800 calls to various numbers that just take you down a rabbit hole. She can’t even change your address on your account. So miserable that I chose to trust Wells Fargo and it’s terrible management at the Dillon location.
While their ATM supports cardlessless transactions, seems like WF disabled this functionality for some reason.
Worst bank ever.nI set up an account with wells fargo. Before setting up an account I asked many questions which are very important for me. I received wrong information which now have caused me a lot of problems. For example, I knew that after leaving US I will not have US phone number and I asked if it is possible to transfer money without US phone number. Bank manager told me that it could be done without problem. Now I found out that it is not possible. Also I always had a problem with a lot of little things. I never expected that this bank would be that bad. Worst bank I have ever had in my life.
The manager Kelly is really great. He has helped immensely with my personal banking. If you ever need help this branch has wonderful people.
Bad customer service rude last time I will be in this bank.
