I don’t usually write negative reviews but I feel compelled to let the community and possibly the owners/managers know that whomever they have answering their phones could use a course in customer service, politeness and phone etiquette. I called today simply to ask about availability and details for a storage unit for my family. Instead I got a confrontational, surly woman who challenged me simply for asking questions about the facility. Maybe I didn’t ask the questions in the right “way” but I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and have never had such an unreasonably aggressive interaction in my life. Somebody bring that woman a box of chocolates or a hug or something.
Great place to store your stuff and their customer service exceeded my expectations when I had an issue with my key. I was able to contact them and easily got a replacement and was able to access my unit right away.
I am getting ready to empty my storage here. I have had my unit for quite some time now. Jessica has been amazing answering all my questions any time I have ever called. She went out of her way to take time to show me how to make my payments online. I must say the site is much more organized since her arrival and she is always very nice. My experience with Aspen Self Storage has always been good. I would recommend them for your storage needs. They are in the AABC - so close and convenient. Thank you!
