Older gentleman was nice, but the other was a jack@$$. What a joke. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know how they are still in business.
I reserved a van because I need help moving but upon getting to the store I am greeted with 10 people all standing around the door and not wearing masks even the employees. I reported them and i hope the current owner isnt allowed to operate such blatant disregard for the town you live in. And I know after calling UHaul that it is proper standard for masks to be required. If you want your personal beliefs to matter then open your own service rather than using one that others have made and you profit from.
