They responded quickly and professionally to my request. The cost came in under the estimate (how often does that happen)? Communication was excellent with Jessica and Kelly. I would definitely call them again for all my flooring needs!

I had a great experience with Hi Country. When there were a few hiccups with my new carpet, they didn't hesitate to come back twice to make sure they got every detail right - now that's service. Request Kelley for your install, he really knows all the tricks of the trade!

I bought Coretec Plus engineered luxury vinyl plank flooring by US Floors from Hi Country and had them install it over 2 years ago. When the product was installed, it had bubbles in spots which we asked to be fixed. They were eventually — but only because we had withheld final payment. Within a year, the product had pulled away from walls as much as 3 1/4” in one spot. An independent examiner was eventually called in, and I was never given a copy of the report. The only information I received was from an ex-employee who told me that Kory, the owner, had said that they would come out and fix it. I dropped into the store and talked to Kory in May of this year when we returned to town and asked for a copy of the report and for him to come out and fix the floors. He agreed to do both. At one point, an employee scheduled the installer to come out to fix the floors, but I was stood up — no phone call or anything. I called the store the next business day, but was again given the run around. As of the end of August, I have not heard back from Kory. I have left repeated calls with employees who have said they will send me a copy of the report and have Kory call me back, but to no avail. Kory is totally non-responsive, and I would definitely not recommend using Hi Country Floors.
