Food was superb. Service was impeccable. After a medical scare and having to cancel our original reservation we were able to rebook and had a wonderful anniversary dinner. We'll make a point to come to Soupcon every time we come to Crested Butte.
Our group of friends has been going on ski trips all over North America for the past 14 years. The meal and service we had at Soupcon was the best experience we have ever had! Excellent wine list! Every single course of the tasting menu was a home run! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If you are in Crested Butte and can get a reservation you NEED to go here!!
Exceptional dining experience! Quaint and intimate setting in a little historic cabin. We were seated in a private dining room which was a jurt next to the main building- it was snug and the hosts made it really special. Service was impeccable. We opted for wine pairing with our courses and the sommelier did an excellent job. Every course was a delicate and creative sensation and Chef John an absolute master and superb host. Yes pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended!
All I can say is, WOW! Absolutely must go to restaurant in Crested Butte. Staff and chef are great. Food is over the top. Great ambiance. Look forward to my next visit.
Consider the wine pairing as a major improvement. It's well done and enhances the experience. Don't come early to the reservation. By reservation only. Portion sizes are correct so as a heavy eater that helped me, but left me hungry. I appreciate this, thank you! Flavor, texture, and presentation are world class.
