DO NOT BUY... I am not one to leave a review but wow, I've been waiting for my bumpers since November and have tried contacting them via email and phone to get my money back and cancel the order but they haven't answered.nJust like every other review on here it seems like they are terrible on timing and they won't answer the phone when you have an issue. Just spend the extra money and buy from an actual company.

Avoid at ALL costs! Frauds & scammersnnPlaced an order Jan 23rd, found out on 2/8 that they never sent the order to the manufacturer (it’s a drop ship item.) This was after I finally got them to answer my email about an ETA which they refused to provide and then called the manufacturer to find out the order was never even placed and I was fully charged.nnThe girl who called (after me requesting a call 3 times) was extremely short with me and just said we’ll just refund you. Mind you this was a back order item where you have to wait 4 weeks so I’ve lost out on all that time. They refused to contact the manufacturer (I confirmed they never spoke to them even tho they said they did.) The “boss” was supposed to call me but didn’t bother. Zero remorse or accountability whatsoever.

I do not recommend doing business with BumperSuperStore.com (BSS).nnFact: I placed a $1,251 order with an estimated 70-day delivery lead time and after 106 days they finally told me they never sent the order to the manufacturer – thus holding my money hostage for that amount of time with zero apology.nnDetails: A bumper manufacturer advertised they were doing a Black Friday sale and I priced one out. The freight shipping seemed high so I called BSS based on a friend’s recommendation to see if they could match the sale and save on shipping which they agreed to. The sales rep told me that the manufacturer sale was very steep, and they probably wouldn’t make much money on the transaction, but he still got it cleared with his manager. I paid and was ready to wait the estimated 10 weeks of lead time. About 5 weeks in I gave BSS a call to see if they could tell me when to expect the product to be shipped, the woman put me on hold to call the manufacturer and let me know the status, she told me it would be another 6 weeks [Hindsight- this was a blatant lie per the fact that they never placed the order to the manufacturer]. 6 weeks go by and no word, so I wait one more week, then I call BSS but they don’t pick up their phone after a half hour hold. I call back for two more days in a row sitting on hold for 1 hour before hanging up. I emailed them asking for an update and they told me they would have the sales rep email me. I wait a little more and with nothing I go ahead and call the manufacturer to see if they can give me any information. The manufacturer says they can’t find my name on an order and they would ask BSS to see if they can identify it. I call the manufacturer a couple days later and they tell me BSS told them they never placed the order, and they would be refunding me. This show that BSS is incompetent in their own business practices and unprofessional- what if I never reached out to the manufacturer? Would my money still be tied up waiting for nothing?. They never provided an apology or offered any consolation, just two cold emails saying they were not going to honor the contracted order. I wouldn't recommend supporting this business because they gave me the run around by keeping me in the dark about the order with multiple chances to address the issue.

What an awesome company, ordered my bumper and it was delivered less than 24 hrs later, perfect fit for my F-350 and looks great
