We've been on a mission to try out the top restaurants in Denver and this one was on one of those lists. We were going to try a different restaurant a week but we've already been here 4 times since starting our plan, kicking other places to the curb! The food is delicious but what really makes this place special is the staff/servers! We always feel so welcome, everyone is so friendly with great sense of humor. The Executive Chef even takes the time to greet you. Just a fantastic place with great atmosphere. We will continue to work through the top restaurants in Denver list but it is so tempting just to return to Cattivella!

I can't even explain how amazing my visit was from start to finish, but I will sure try. The quality of food is beyond words. The care that goes into every dish and the execution of every single flavor is immeasurable. The staff is incredible and knowledgeable of all dishes that are served. I will be visiting again...I cannot wait to try every single dish that is made in that kitchen.

Great food and very fast service, great experience. The only thing I’d change is not having the tables so close together, seems too soon to have tables so close to where chair backs are hitting each other when someone stands up. Definitely will be back though!

Popular spot. Great service and good selection of authentic Italian dishes. All priced well and a great value for what you pay.nnHappy hour from 4-6pm with a good selection of apps and wine.

The potato gnocchi was the best I have ever had - it literally melts in your mouth! The sage was the perfect touch and the cream sauce blended the pasta and flavors wonderfully. We started with the charbroiled oysters which were hot, juicy and flavorful. The warm Caesar salad kicked our meal off to the best start - the dressing had the ideal kick of tang. We sat at the Chef’s bar and were greeted with a tuna mousse that was delicious and ended the night with a complimentary bite of tiramisu - which was just enough sweetness! This is one of our favorite restaurants and we keep coming back! The service is outstanding and the food is the epitome of traditional Italian food ❤ufe0f
