One of the most annoying things about going on vacation is having to pay an arm and a leg for access to a gym. The gym of Aspen has everything you need and was only $50 for a whole week. Most of the time it’s $50 a day For gyms I see when I go on vacation.nThe people here are awesome and only in Aspen can you go with an honor system of grabbing a drink and writing your name down.nGreat gym, great staff, great price!

Nice little gym. The owner was very friendly and informative. Took time out of his schedule to show me around and give me pointers.

In my opinion, I would avoid this establishment! My husband paid for us to use this gym while up in Aspen (where our family has owned property since the 50's and vacations regularly). We'd just arrived and started working out, when this man ('owner?' who looks like he does steroids), came up and asked if I was a member. I said no because I thought we'd paid only for a day, to which he became belligerent. He told me I couldn't just walk in and start working out. I told him I didn't, that my husband had taken care of it. Instead of asking more questions and learning we were following his instructions, he became more belligerent and kept coming at me in an intimidating manner. After an exchange of expletives, he kicked us out and told my husband 'good luck' as though I was the problem. This man was awful. I'm stunned, offended, and still shaking from how he came at me, as though he wouldn't hesitate to handle me in a physical manner. I've NEVER had someone behave in such a disconcerting manner. My upset was so great that I contacted the Aspen police to see if I can file a report. The individual I spoke with at the police station is familiar with this guy... I recommend you pay a little more and go to the Aspen Rec center.

I come here for my arms work out to prevent flabbing. It has rely helped me as l get to work with other women too.

Awesome gym, it's small but it has everything you need to get a great workout
