Awesome gym! Super clean...very thoughtful vibe from the equipment to the incredibly friendly & welcoming owner (she's awesome). Our family of runners and fitness enthusiasts is so glad to have found this gem of a gym in the valley! We feel like we hit the workout lottery!
Excellent gym with all the necessary equipment and accessories. I visited for a month during the peak of Covid crisis and I was impressed by the cleanliness and also organization on keeping everyone socially distanced and safe. Highly recommend. Also, there is a great little coffee shop down the street for grab and coffee and treats.
I'm from San Antonio visiting and i can tell you this is the perfect gym. It's a smaller gym but has everything you need. They have a machine for every workout you can imagine. It's very clean and tge staff is super friendly. Very easy to sign up as well. For me temporarily using this gym its in my top 3 of best gyms. Highly recommend 10/10 for any fitness enthusiasts

I'm a new member to the CB South Fitness gym and love it! Wish I'd started there sooner. It is so convenient to my home and since I work from home it is even better!! The gym is easily accessible with my key card with long hours. Great equipment available and always super clean. The owners are always available if I need anything!
