Very friendly and personal customer service. Good work within a timely fashion. Have relied on them in dire circumstances to get my one and only form of transportation going. You get to see and speak to the actual mechanic who works on your vehicle and they are fairly transparent with their work. Can't say their rates are astronomically cheap and a few times have tried classic mechanic shop gimmicks, but their reliability and their willingness to stand behind their work makes up for it.

While traveling through Gunnison I experienced break problems and was referred to Mechanic On Duty. I visited with Leann and was immediately impressed with her. She was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient in the scheduling and completion of break repair on my auto. The work was completed early and I'm confidant that what was done needed to be done and it was done well. I can't recall a better interaction with a business and I'd highly recommend this business, and everyone who was so helpful. Thanks so much, all of you were my guardian angels. Jim

My sister was told she needed a new water pump and $350 worth of work on her car to fix her windows that won’t roll down. She went to a different shop, and her water pump was fine, and it was a loose hose. The other mechanic actually suggested that Dave loosened it himself, which I totally believe. The other mechanic quoted her $85 to fix her windows.nnThis man pops his mouth off about how my family helped started him off in his career and blah blah blah... but he tried to screw us. I will make sure my father (Frank) knows exactly what you tried to pull. You know who I’m talking about. Shame on you.nnDon’t go here unless you want to light your money on fire for someone who doesn’t even respect people he knows.
