I was under the impression I was getting a $40 oil change, they charged me just shy of a $100 and as a single mom of four kids my money is tight. The gentlemen at the front desk didn’t explain the difference in types of oil to me and the price difference. I feel ripped off!! Won’t be doing business with them ever again. Poor customer service!!
Best service
Excellent dealership and excellent service. I had my vehicle in for an oil change. They didn't have my brand of oil. The dealership called and had the oil delivered. But it was the wrong oil. The service manager ask if Mobile One oil would be acceptable. I agreed even though the oil was quite a bit more expensive. They changed the oil and only charged me for a normal change. They could have put any oil in my car and I would have never known the difference. They didn't, Great honest service. Something you don't get often these days.
