This class was so fun and a perfect way to EARN your treats afterwards at the market. The instructors were very engaging, helpful and fun. They honestly make every participant feel incredible and welcomed. I was blown away. And the coolest part is you can enjoy yourself in the market afterwards which makes for an awesome routine. You have to give this a shot or punch... or kick.

I love coming here, and it’s been great to see a studio find a safe way to hold classes during Covid! From private training sessions to group classes (distanced and with masks!), they do such a great job motivating you while making sure you have good form and get a great whole-body workout!

Awesome workout! All of the coaches are super positive and encouraging while offering a challenging workout. I love the online classes as well as the on demand classes whenever it fits in my schedule. I can get a great workout at anytime, with or without a heavy bag. Fly has been a key part of maintaining my health during the pandemic!!

Fly Kickbox is a top notch establishment with a focus on both cardio and technique. The classes are taught by different instructors with differing backgrounds giving you a constant variety of approaches to your workout. You don't have to have any boxing or kickboxing skills to get started. Even though you are hitting your bag there is still a competitive aspect with the technology used in the class showing your score in real-time. Jamaica and Tom are great and have created a fun, high-intensity workout for everyone.

This place is incredible! They are so passionate about what they do and do such a great job of coaching people at all levels. I started going to this studio last year and have absolutely loved every class I have taken with every single instructor. You can't go wrong trying this place out!
