Ignore the comments. I was hesitant to book due to reviews but figured why not. Of course our flight was delayed by 7 hours, and Rena (sorry if I butchered the name) really helped us out quick and made all the worries go away. So I experienced great service. Only recommendation would be if an email could be set up for contact for flight change emergencies etc

It was avis. They gave us a dirty car, not washed or vacuumed.nOtherwise, we did get a car. Stay tuned.

Horrible service. Currently open 1 hour per day at the Gunnison, CO location. Manager is rude and staff is uninformed. I was over-charged and the manger seemed like she was happy with that, and if I did not like it, I would just need to call the national call center. In addition to being charged for 9 days instead of 8, there was even a 2nd charge that I told her about. She was in disbelief, and said she didn't know what that was because they would only charge my credit car once. Umm, thanks? Not helpful at all.

This is the worst car rental place I have ever experienced. They are rude and not helpful. I booked a car a week in advance and received a confirmation. When I arrived they did not have a reservation and said it was at the smaller airport. Of course the smaller airport doesn't have rentals. The lady told me it was the company through and they screwed up. Since there was no reservations they did not have a clean car. Since I had to make this trip, I got stuck with a dirt car and not the car I reserved. Thanks to the previous person it wasn't totally dirt, but I would like to get what I reserved and paid for. Never again will I deal with Hertz and the rude customer service. I would have given 0 stars, but I couldn't leave a review without doing so.
