KD did exterior work for our house (back patio, landscaping and front porch revamp for curb appeal). Kurtis and his team did a great job, communicated in a timely fashion and was willing to discuss issues that arose with change orders or description of work that wasn't clear between customer to contractor. My husband and I would definitely recommend Kurtis and his team for future projects and to our friends.
After being in business for myself since 1996 I met and had done some work for K&D Development. After I had finished the projects we sat down and after talking with Kurtis we decided to join forces . Both Kurtis and Damaris are very family oriented and always put everyone before themselves. They are very selfless and have grown an amazing company with very skilled and respectful employees.
