Jason Krist and crew did excellent work on our older house to install another sub panel, bring the house up to current code, and run a litany of lines for future projects, hopes, and dreams.nnThe scheduling is set and verified through the office staff with pleasant back and forth to make it work for all involved. The billing and contract is clearly written. I used Jason Krist Electric to upgrade the electric in my new commercial space. Jason and team worked quickly and efficiently to provide all the services I requested (including working with PGE , my landlord, and the County to ensure the permitting process went smoothly). Everyone at Jason Krist Electric, from Jason and the office staff to Andy, our electrician, were uber-professional, friendly, and honest. Other electricians around town take their sweet time getting back to you (if at all), but at JKE, everyone treats the customer like gold. Andy completed the work in half the time of what was estimated. He was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. When we ran into an issue with the grounding in our condo, he helped me craft just the right message to send to my HOA and followed up with them to make sure the safety of our unit wasn't an issue. Such refreshing customer service!
