Candlestick RV Park

We stayed here 2 nights, with 2 kids. Because we didn’t find any other RV park closer to the downtown. But if you tow a car, please find a better place to stay and drive to downtown. We only had bikes so we wanted to be close. There’s a million of homeless people in trashy RVs in all the area in front of the gate and behind the fence, there is one security guy who might add some feeling of protection but we were really scared and prepared for anything.nLaundry room accepts only exact coins $1,$1, 25c, 25c. It’s the most dirty laundry room I’ve ever seen during our roadtrip. And some of the washing machines don’t work properly - after 2 hours of washing I took out completely soaked clothes. They have a store but there’s almost nothing, everything seems really old.nThere’s a lot of permanent people.nBut office desk people were really nice.

I like this place cuz it's nice and quiet they have Play Shop

It’s NOT worth the fee of $115. The location is terrible. Your view is old RVs and homeless campers. There is no assigned RV site you choose whatever site is available. I don’t recommend this RV park. ud83dude21

Worst RV Park I've ever been to. The entire experience was horrible. Driving up to the RV park, you have miles of homeless encampments with tons of litter everywhere. The park is kept somewhat clean, however, we were right next to some folks who lived in the park and they had us up at 4am talking right outside of our RV. On top of that, all night long, motorcycles and cars were speeding/racing by. They advertise security, but the only thing in the security booth at the entrance was a camera system. Residents come in and out of the park all night long and we didn't sleep much here due to street noise and noise from the residents who lived there. I tried communicating with the staff but that went no where quickly and was treated like it was my fault that we had the back luck of picking this gross RV park. They should state that there is a small number of spaces for overnighters and you are surrounded by the regulars that live there. On top of that, there was a car parked in front of our RV in the morning, making it difficult to even leave. Since no one responded to our message from owner/managers, we tried to dispute the charge, but the slum lords that own this place didn't even bother to contact us. If you are planning on RV'ing to the bay area, please avoid this terrible place. I will warn my network of friends and family to find another place to stay as this is the worst I have even seen in 20 years of RV'ing. I am baffled by the fake reviews that are put up by the folks that live there day to day as if they are travelers versus live ins. The reviews are so obvious as there's a bunch recently that were clearly written by those who live there. Buying reviews? Don't take my word for it. See it for yourself and tell me this is a 5 star experience as the other reviews show. One review even shows 5 stars but a bad review. How does that work? One of the biggest rip offs in San Francisco.
