Never order delivery from here. They are always extremely late. The first time I ordered delivery from here, the food was 30-45 min late. Not to mention the people working there were not friendly at all on the phone, and didn't care that they were running late. They even hung up on us at one point. I tried giving this place a second shot today, and long behold they are extremely late. What's sad is that the people working there don't apologize or feel bad for this at all. The food itself is great, but definitely not worth the aggravation anymore. You can definitely find other good sushi places where you pay for them to arrive on time, and where the services is actually decent.

This place was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was outstanding: pleasant, helpful, and smiling the whole time. The sushi came after a reasonable prep time and it was easily the best sushi I ever had. My party of four stuffed ourselves with sushi and it was only $120 for sushi and drinks. I’d come back to this place in a heartbeat!

I always get really good quality sushi takeout from here. They have nice outdoor seating set up right now as well. Their 3 roll combo is a great deal. They seem to get pretty busy around dinner time, so the takeout sometimes takes a little bit longer than what's quoted on the ordering site.

I had an awful customer service experience. I ordered a sushi lunch for delivery for my girlfriend’s birthday. As you can imagine, we were both really excited as the time it was supposed to be delivered approached. And then it passed without the delivery being made. After 15 minutes, I called to check on the status of the order and was told it was on the way and to just wait for it. After 30 minutes, I called again and could hear visible frustration directed toward me from the woman on the phone, as I was told the same exact thing: it’s out for delivery so just wait. She also said she’d contact the delivery driver and call me back. She never called me back. After 45 minutes, I called a third time and spoke with the same woman who at this point was irate that I had called again, and eventually just hung up on me. The sushi was okay, but I would not recommend based on this experience.

This is hands down the best spot to get sushi in Somerville and quite honestly Massachusetts. Must try the volcano! Amazing service, very well managed!
