We ordered a chicken finger dinner for pickup. When we got there and picked it up we asked for the order under our name. When we got home we opened the container realizing it was wings and not chicken fingers. When I called to ask them to make chicken fingers, they responded that we would have to order and pay for an entire new meal since we picked it up and didn't check it before we left. Mind you the receipt on the bag was our order and said chicken fingers... If it was an honest mistake I would have it be no problem but the attitude the person on the phone had with me making it my fault, was enough for me.
The food was late, called the restaurant and was lied to about the driver being outside calling me for 20 minutes. Since the driver waited at my property, which is a lie because I was sitting outside, I couldn't get delivery or a refund. I said I never got a call, text, and the buzzer wasn't rung. The woman at the restaurant told me the driver buzzed while she was on the call, and called and texted me numerous times. I Was told I would get a screenshot of messages and missed calls, but I haven't gotten anything. She changed her tune quickly and said the driver would be back in 10 minutes but if I wasn't outside he would leave. 20 minutes later,The food finally came, almost an hour after it was supposed to come. It was cold and soggy. Best of all, they charged me for basil on the pizza and it was missing. The food is usually good, but I will not give my business to a restaurant that rudely lies to their customers.
I made an order for the first time online. I ordered Delivery.... I ordered an I onion pizza and in the notes I put extra well done and I ordered a french fry and I put in the notes extra well donennWhen I looked at the pizza, when it arrived from delivery. The thing was raw. It 100% was not well done. done, but the french friesnn. Which doesn't make any sense. So I called back up and they're sending me new pizza free of charge. . But how can't they read the ticket when it clearly states well done? I would never order from this pizza place again and I recommend anyone to check their food. Because if it could happen this simply is a golden pizza clearly spelled out. Who would want to go there and just get another pizza
Got our of work late so there weren’t many food options, but Lisa’s was available via Ubereats. They accepted the order originally, as I got a notification that they were preparing my food. Then a few minutes later they cancelled my order... their hours state they’re open until 10:45pm on Ubereats. If you aren’t going to stay open, change your hours or turn off the ubereats app and stop accepting orders through the tablet. Now it’s even later than it was originally and any other food options we had are now out. A complete waste of time and it led to us being hangry. Quite a disappointment. Won’t be returning as a customer.
Great food but owner but not very nice owner. I order a dinner and asked for chicken instead of shrimp. He charged me for the chicken on top of the original price. Meaning that I paid for the chicken and the shrimp but at the end he kept the shrimp that I never one in the first place lol
