The contracts with 9rounds are absolutely predatory. It's a long story but I'll keep it simple:nnDuring the shutdown they randomly started charging me the dues + late fee charges after I had to replace my card even though they weren't charging me before. I tried to contact them for months but the store wasn't open, they didn't forward the store phone to their personal phone, and there is no email.nnI contacted corporate and they told me I could only end the contact with the owner. Their call line even stresses this policy in the automated message. Their billing department repeatedly stressed that they couldn't do anything on their end.nnToday I received a call from a law firm which essentially threatened to hurt my credit for the next 7 years unless I paid everything in full, even though I made every attempt to communicate with the owner and corporate.nnI also couldn't resolve the issue on the website because they wouldn't recognize my email(no login, no password reset, nothing) even though they were sending my a reminder to my email every month, this was mentioned to corporate multiple times over the phone and through their message center on their website.nnI've done everything humanely possible to simply make contact, and despite telling this to the billing department and the law firm they carried on with their financial assault .

I tried on multiple occasions to contact the owner of this facility during the CA shutdowns in order to cancel my membership that I was still expected to pay. The owner never answered or returned my phone calls and has since sent my membership to collections. Prior to the shutdowns while attending I sustained a severe abdominal injury. When I asked the owner about his background in fitness, he said he had none and that it was either this franchise or a fast food chain. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

It was a great workout, but after the gym was closed I was charged for months. When it closed the owner said I hold would be put on all charges but it wasn't. No return calls or emails from the owner.

I love the variety of stations. With 3 min per station, it goes by quick and I get a full body workout. Personal trainer Jeff is great to work with - he’s keeps the energy up and is motivating.
