After my trial class I had no hesitation in becoming a member! Not only were the coaches amazing in tailoring the workout to my skill level but the support I received from the other members was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great community to grow with look no further!
I didn’t have the best experience while visiting from out of town, but when I alerted the gym owner, he apologized and refunded my drop-in fee, which wasn’t necessary, but appreciated.nnThe follow-up was extremely professional, and based on that, think I was just on the wrong end of a rare occurrence.

This gym is awesome. Every coach is knowledgeable and supportive. It's clean, managed very well and has a great member base.nnMost importantly, CFC has an EXCELLENT training program that makes sense. Most CF gyms in and around Sacramento have programs that are all over the place. CFC follows proper cycles and logical progression and the owners actually think about which muscle groups are being taxed throughout the week, so members don't get injured.
Great WOD plans and amazing coaches.
