I'm happy that this stayed open during the lockdown. I understand how dangerous that can be, but the staff actually cleans and ensures the safety of their members. So I am happy for the mental health and physical well being of the staff and members. Prior to the pandemic, the place has always been clean, up to date equipment and different places equipment is being moved.

The staff is nice and extremely knowledgeable. The gym itself is always very clean. There are plenty of sanitizer stations which are checked and refilled regularly.
Way better than any other AF gyms when compared to to other ones near me in Roseville.
This is a pretty small gym. It is priced the same as 24 hour fitness but much smaller much less busy and the people going there seem to be pretty friendly. It is nice that you can go 24 hours a day and its usually not too busy. Plus it is right next to my house.
