Gerald Baldino did our taxes, and when we got audited, he didn't show up!!! He didn't return our calls!!! In the audit, the IRS was certainly after him. They were very interested in his procedures, staff, etc. So... My recommendation is to only use A1 tax service if you like going to IRS audits by yourself, lol
