I could seriously write a novel about all the issues with this company. We bought a new JMC home and are required to use them for warranty since they did the electrical on the home.nnThey have come 8 times for the same 3 repairs. Out of those 8 times they FAILED to show up in the 4 hour window and required me to wait 6 plus hours for an electrician. Who has time for that? Why a 4 hour window if they cannot stick to it? I contacted the manager and still no change! I am still waiting today for my appoinment that was scheduled between 8am-12pm.nnWe clearly have an electrical problem but all they do is switch out lights. Our LED recessed lights randomly go out. We continue to have the issue regardless of how many times they switch out the lights. Our other lights buzz constantly. Again they just switch out the light with no success. Lastly, it took 6 visists before they replaced the fans that were not working. We went the whole summer without using our room fan. Really? So ridiculous!nnWe have been in our home for less than one year. Our problems began the month we moved in. If you are looking for an electrician DO NOT use them! Look elsewhere, you do not want to feel my pain!
