I had my floors replaced and needed the flange lowered and a new toilet i already had installed. The plumber came out quick but spent less than an hour doing the work and charged over $570 dollars. I now see why they're available so quick.nnEdit Post Owner Response:nNice to see I get a response here but no return on my phone call when I voiced my concerns yesterday. I had another plumber come out here to do the remaining plumbing work that I needed after your inflated quote. More work, fixed a damaged sink in our laundry room, a leaking shower, and replaced a toilet in another bathroom with the identical one your tech did and still charge over $100 dollars less. I'm more than willing to pay for expertise when the work warrants the charge. In this case, No toilet to remove, flange not attached to the floor, and a plastic flange kit was used to install. I'm sure your tech only charge the charges because my senior citizen father was the only one there and had no reason to question the price.nnAlso in response to expertise of Ted, he couldn't identify the material the flange was made out of. He assumed it was cast iron, then plastic before asking my dad whom had to point out that it was brass. Michael Brown arrived today following all the Covid requirements which was much appreciated as he entered our home. We have been with Bonney for years and have had many Techs servicing our house. Michael was the most professional, detailed, precise, person. He takes great pride in his work and makes sure the job is complete and done right. He is so pleasant to work with, listens to you, assesses the situation and informs you of what he sees and discusses possible options. He was thorough and every detail was addressed. Jose, was very polite and professional. He was able to unclog my kitchen/washing machine drain in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable. Will have him come back for a pipe replacement estimate. Thank you Jose and Bonney!
