Excellent service from a very positive and friendly technician. I came by without an appointment while visiting the watertown mall and requested 2 fobs and a new key. Was done in 20 min and on my way. The price was half of what I was quoted by another service. Highly recommend this place.
I recently had about 60 keys copied for a a couple of apartment buildings. I went to the Watertown Mall location and the locksmith was very thorough and professional. He made the copies while I waited and I was impressed with his efficiency. Excellent job and strongly recommended.

After a stellar performance Finest Locksmith is the company that I will use for future problems. Nikolay does not have tunnel vision. He analyzes a problem intelligently and uses more than just the usual locksmithing techniques. Had a locking industrial credenza that was delivered jammed. He not only drilled it out, but returned to re-engineer it once a new keyset arrived. Turned out it needed a bit of carpentry to fix the problem as it was not made correctly. Nikolay quickly and readily resolved everything.
