Took my info and never showed up to assist when locked out of building. Even after 5 hours. No customer service either to check in with for an update. Highly recommend you do not use their weekend services.
Responded next day, gave great service and was clear with costs. Stowers Mobile Locksmithwas prompt, efficient and courteous. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
I really don't understand what's up with the positive Google reviews here. These guys are not ALOA affiliated, they have no store front, when you call, it gets routed to a call center who can't give you an estimate of the job. The person who came out immediately went to the drill for a simple mailbox lock (big red flag). Cost for replacement: $189. Unfortunately I have no familiarity with prices and I just needed to get it done so I had them drill out a simple padlock and was told $130 but charged another $189. I was able to get a partial refund for the job thanks to my landlord following up on my behalf, but I would stay well away from this place and any others that are not listed on the ALOA website (findalocksmith.com).
This was my first time having Stowers Mobile Locksmith and all I could say is that I am not disappointed. I recommended them to my cousin and he was also pleased with their service. We’re highly recommending them! Good work and good advices!
I foolishly locked the keys inside the car. I was stuck in an underground parking lot. The parking guard recommended Stowers Mobile Locksmith, whom he had known from similar cases in the past. I called. They arrived in minutes. Opened the car door without any problem and without any damage. The price was really comfortable. Great company.
