This is one of my favorite destinations as it is extremely scenic and somewhat iconic. The fact that it is accessible from the Santa Ana Riverbed Trail (and by parking, downtown Huntington Beach, walking distance from many hotels) makes it very appealing. It is the best way to experience some of what Huntington Beach has to offer. It has some shopping, a restaurant, breathtaking vistas. Great for people watching in a Beach area without sand, and if you are lucky, you may be able to see a pier fisherman reel in a catch.

I loved it! Bring something to brush off all the sand from all your crevices before you get into your nice car lol. Like a soft brush and bags to put sandy cloths into. The beach front Restaurants were awesome! Nice place to walk around.

Second time to Huntington Beach and Huntington Beach Pier, today the waves were perfect for the surfers and had plenty of people walking around on the sand and relaxing.nnVery laid back atmosphere at Huntington Beach, it’s clear to see the history in the area not that I understood most of it, if your a surfer it will become clear what is on offer.nnGreat selection of stores and plenty of places to eat, today was IHOP stuffed myself.nnWould recommend for families especially on a sunnier day than today. Huntington Beach I thank you for my day and I will return.nnParking is $2 per hour pay and display, the entrance I entered there was roadworks down be careful.nnOtherwise great experience

I enjoy everything Surf City has to offer. Visiting here for the first time or as a regular this place does not disappoint. Main Street is walking distance from the peer, I strongly suggest you park by the large parking lot structure (next to hurricane bar & grill). You'll find many restaurants and bars to choose from as you work your way down to the peer. People are friendly with an exception of a knucklehead or two (haha). If ever in Southern California this is definitely a place to visit! ud83eudd19ud83cudffd

One of the local piers that hasn't died or fallen apart over the years. Good surfing angles on waves. Food, fishing, and fun establishments. Automated paid parking by the pier itself is far cheaper than the other options within walking distance from the pier.
