I tried to go check it out and found it closed

How does this place only have 3.5 stars?! I've been here during the day time with my family, as well as for their Thursday Nightlife experiences and I had a great time in both settings. I think I prefer the Thursday Nightlife's because the admission is cheaper ($12 vs $24) and there's a bar with a different specialty cocktail at each bar. Plus, it's a pretty fun and interactive idea for a group of friends, a birthday outing, or a more romantic date night.

This garden is just as beautiful as the university! It is also peaceful and relaxing, and even the ducks, koi fish, and people who work there have became my friends after coming here a couple of times! ud83cuddefud83cuddf5ud83cudfef⛩ud83cudfeeud83cudfb4☯ud83dudc09ud83eudd86ud83cudf8fud83dudc9bud83dudda4ud83dudc9bud83dudda4

Wow - we were there over 5 hours and I think we did everything!?! It was wonderful - very well laid out and entertaining for young and old (and those of us in-between). We took 2 teenagers and we all had a fabulous time - albino snake and alligator, huge rainforest, earthquake simulation rooms, planetarium show (included in general admission you just have to go to another stand to pick up a ticket), lots of variety in the aquarium, and many other exhibits. Truly - many things for everyone!

Located in the middle of Golden Gate Park, the building and its surroundings are beautiful! I love emerging myself in science and could spend forever sitting in front of the tanks in the aquarium. The rainforest is pretty awesome, too. A notable sighting was the albino alligator. Pretty sick!nIt's pretty pricey on the weekends so if you're 21 and over and also want to pair the experience with alcohol, I suggest going to NightLife (you actually see quite a few people on dates here). Also, buy your tickets in advance!
