Awesome ambiance. Huge Pickleball group there but courts are not in good shape. They need to be resurfaced and lined.
It was a warm day and there were lots of people congregating. And that's great. But what is astonishing, is the amount of people not wearing masks, standing face to face as if nothing is going on. That's pretty scary. But I will continue to wear my mask because I've had close people get the covid-19 and go through hell. I'm not going to be one of those. I would never step foot on that beach without a mask. Some humans have some amazing behavioral patterns. Almost lower than an animal in their way of thinking. This was a great time with the kids for a activity before an 8 hour trip back to Phoenix. Traffic was not bad bad until the 105. Plenty of space to park, even with a trailer and full size truck. Take the family and enjoy the ocean. It is worth it.
Over crowded
I love kayaking there especially in winter. Ducks, birds and sometimes a seal to see.nFun at a low price.
