Horrible customer service I read her the exact VIN on my registration card and she was like the vehicles pulling up but it's missing a digit. I said I had no idea what she meant cuz I've gotten Insurance several times and she was like are you sure you know the process? And I was like yeah I know the process I've been driving over 10 years that have been in an accident and then she just said I'm not going to quote you and hung up on me.
I am from the East Coast and I came to the Fiesta Auto Insurance company on Ming Ave and Mrs Ana Gomez was so knowledgeably with me and my situation and set me down and helped me out and being a single parent and I’m new to the California laws so thanks Mrs Gomez I really appreciate your help and insuring my family for our new life adventure here in Cali ud83cudf34
