Carl is great. He has been doing this for many years and really knows his stuff. He’s also friendly, personable, and relaxed, which I appreciate as I find taxes stressful. Glad to have found him!

No attention to detail. If you move and try to update your address they will still send paperwork to previous addresses. When they mess up your taxes, you’ll get a second bill for the fix. You may be called a liar with their mixups. Never use this company!
