Silver Lake West Campground

Beautiful campground. Two loop roads. The one on the right is high ground. The left one goes along the river. $ 25 a night for vets & seniors. $30 for regular people. Bathrooms, water and fresh air.

First time here, and this place was glorious! Quiet, exceptional neighbors, breathtaking trails, and all the necessary amenities for a memorable anniversary camping trip. We will most DEFINITELY be returning every year!

We’ve been coming up here, as a family for over 38 years. My husband, started coming here, as a kid, 70 years ago, even before it was an official campground. Even though it is a first come first reserve, site, we’ve never had problems when we planned ahead. Sites are kept up, bathrooms are clean, close to great hiking trails and fishing.

Great campsites with full hookups but hate the hornets and biting flies.
