I called a few weeks ago and left a voicemail about wanting to discuss some tax scenarios with possible changes to my student loan payments, how getting married would affect my students loans and taxes; basically set up a discussion of my finances. I spoke with Maria and she said they just filed taxes and could not help with student loans. I explained it wasn't help with student loans but the tax implications of what I wanted to do with student loans and life events happening and what they would do to my taxes. She again stated she couldn't help. I asked if she knew a CPA who could help and she did not. I've never met a CPA who couldn't input some info in software and give advice.
