Can't say enough positive things about my experience at BRICK!nnI found BRICK shortly after their opening (nearly 3 years ago) and have been a member ever since. I started my experience with B | X classes (because this was the most familiar type of exercise), then B | Fit, and now, I opt for the CrossFit workouts whenever possible. I've learned all of the barbell movements and lifting techniques from the BRICK coaches. The classes are designed to be group exercise, but it's amazing how much 1:1 coaching you're privy to. The coaches strike a perfect balance of being corrective, but not micro-managing your workout. They also offer scalable options for every movement so you can cater your workout to your physical abilities – I regularly take advantage of this option.nnBut the thing that keeps me coming back is the community! I joined the gym as an individual, and over the years, have met so many awesome people that I now consider friends. The camaraderie during and after workouts is magnetic.nnIf you're looking for a fitness community AND a solid workout... look no further. BRICK, all the way!

As a person who never did gyms and definitely not CrossFit, I find myself at BRICK 4-5 times a week.nnThe workout design and training philosophy is designed to keep it both challenging and interesting. You can scale any movement to match ability.nnI formerly did Orange Theory, which is good but BRICK is better as a full body workout with much more variety.nnThe BRICK coaches are very good and caring and reflect the owner’s goal to have a place to workout which is healthy, safe and positive.nnBeen here since it opened nearly two years ago and still at it, which is the best proof of all.

I've been a member at several gyms in Pleasanton and this one is by far the best! Management is great, the facilities are so clean, the coaches are wonderful, and all the other members are so friendly. The coaches at Brick all do a great job of making the workouts challenging but accessible no matter your fitness level. With their guidance I was able to keep working out throughout my entire pregnancy! I'm so glad I found Brick. I enjoy the classes so much I've had no problems motivating myself to workout regularly since I joined about 2 years ago.

Coaches who are enthusiastic about their members success and health at the gym. They take such care and time in answering questions and giving feedback to ensure for safety and efficiency in all movements. Class formats are well thought out and intense. Brick is super fun!
