No sign on their drive thru menu to let you know they are closed
Walked in to get some soup and stood at the register waiting for someone to take my order. A manager asked if I had been helped, I said no, and then she told one of the staff to come take my order at the register. Nobody even moved in my direction. Ended up just walking out without ordering and going next door to 5 guys instead. Much better food and service there.
This is the first time we have ever been to a Potbelly's. They don't have them where we are from. We still gave them a four star because the food was great! Half the team had called out today so there were only two people working the whole place including the drive through. The shelves needed to be restocked and the bathrooms needed attention. They couldn't though because the place was busy. The seating area was clean. The two lady's working were very friendly but you could tell they were working super hard. Amy loved her sandwich and mine was really good too. Loaded bake potato soup was standard but hot and good. Would recommend everyone try it. They had a turduckin sandwich on the menu!!!
Great food every time but managment is horrible to have only one person working with 20 people in line. Need minimum of 3 people for this store. Note for owner many people walked out. The guy waiting on everyone did amazing job despite being overwhelmed. He should have walked out. He is underpaid no doubt. Get more help!! Your losing customers!!
So slow if you can even get service, which is usually poor to begin with. If you're in hurry do not come to this location.
