Expensive ok sales on some stuff but great customer service and very helpful
Went in looking for a very specific top and bra to keep a feeding tube in place. was met with very helpful employees, especially Meg. She was very helpful in trying to find things that would work for me and helped me look at all my options (even directed me to victorias secret and athleta to make sure i was getting the best option for me). Super friendly and helpfull staff that are trying their best to maintain covid-19 safe procedures as well. :)

I wanted to come today because the 10/35 panty sale was today only. However when I got there I had to wait which I understand. The employee very rudely said that it would be at least 10 minutes so I should just come back later. I asked how many people need to leave before my husband and I were able to go in. She said basically everyone and carried herself with an attitude so we left because it’s disheartening to deal with such rude and disrespectful employees. And of course we didn’t go back so we missed out on the sale all together ud83dude1e
I love pink but the workers here need more customer service training. There was a wait that I was not aware of and as I walk in the girl at the front blocks me with her arm and was very disrespectful. If you’re trying to enforce these rules put a sign up or something.. be nice at least about it..I work in retail and would never block a customer with my arm from coming in the store ud83eudd26ud83cudffc♀ufe0f
