I left a review on Open Table and it remains without a reply from management, thus why I'm taking a star away from my review on Open Table. I even sent a direct message to the page admin.nnWe did enjoy the Bison Filet, the duck wings, and the broccolini, but I had stated the sausage and mushroom flatbread was not good. We ate 1/4 of it and informed the server we did not like the flatbread, explaining to her it didn't have any flavor and it wasn't baked long enough. We watched her inform the head chef and nothing was done to resolve the situation. No offers to remake it, or take it off the bill. I work in the hospitality industry and I have never had a guest pay for an item that was not fully consumed to satisfaction. At least offer some type of replacement or substitution. The flatbread was thrown in the trash and we had to pay $13 for it.nnI would give this place another try, not ordering a flatbread. The service was nice, but obviously management needs to be a little proactive when it comes to feedback, complaints and customer satisfaction.
